Return&Refund Policy
At UMX, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase to bring you joy and confidence. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend checking your items carefully upon delivery and recording the unboxing process for your records. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to quickly arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Cancelling Your Order
1. Non-custom items: You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund—no questions asked.
2. Custom items: Cancellation requests before shipment require approval. If production has already started, a customization fee of 25% or more may apply (exact amount confirmed by our Customer Service team).
3. After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Returns must follow our standard return process.
Return Eligibility
1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and receipts intact, and in resellable condition.
3. Returns of large or heavy furniture may incur a restocking fee of at least 25% (amount confirmed by Customer Service). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Items that are damaged or misused by the customer and cannot be resold may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
1. Custom or made-to-order products (special dimensions, custom colors, functional modifications, etc.)
2. Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
How to Return an Item
1. Email umxstudio.co@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and reason for return.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Service team.
3. For non-defective returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions (based on the carrier pickup date). Returns sent after this period will be void.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. Inspect your items carefully upon delivery. For fragile components (like glass), please record a complete unboxing video.
2. Report any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery, including photos or videos.
3. Claims made after this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the item’s condition.
4. Once verified, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund.
Refunds
1. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
2. Restocking fees and original shipping costs will be deducted unless the return is due to product defects or shipping damage.
3. Actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
