Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I change the delivery address of my order later?

Yes, you can change your shipping address before the order ships by contacting us.

What are the lead times?

In-stock items usually ship within 1 week. Custom or made-to-order items typically 1–6 weeks. Exact timing is confirmed when you place your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking info.

Can I request faster shipping?

Not currently. If you need something special, email us—we’ll do our best to help.

My order hasn’t arrived.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Returns and Refund

My product has arrived but I have given up, what should I do?

Returns are possible within 14 days if items are unused, in original packaging, with receipt and tags. Custom items can’t be returned.For more details,see the Return & Refund Policy.

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Check your order on delivery. For fragile items, record the unboxing. Email umxstudio.co@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos or video.

How long until I get my refund?

Once we confirm the item’s condition, refunds are sent to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Most pieces are modular with simple assembly. Tools and instructions are included. Some items arrive fully assembled.
